Healthwatch Surrey guidance on involving people in Patient Safety Incident Response Plans
We received a number of requests from organisations to get involved with developing their Patient Safety Incident Response Plans (PSIRP). We have created this guidance to share the Healthwatch Surrey perspective to help all organisations develop Patient Safety Incident Response Plans that enable a positive culture of listening and involvement following a safety incident.
