What we’re hearing about Guildford and Waverley – April 2024
This report provides insights into local people’s views on, and experiences with, health and social care services in Guildford and Waverley. It is based on what people have told us at a series of engagement events in the area, as well as enquiries to our Helpdesk, between November 2023 and April 2024.
The value of listening – Our annual report 2023 – 2024
Through 2023 – 2024, 1632 Surrey residents shared their experiences about health and social care with us and 824 Surrey residents sought advice and support from our Helpdesk and Independent Health Complaints Advocacy (IHCA) service.

Quarterly impact report – Quarter 4 (January to March 2024)
This report highlights our major impacts throughout our fourth quarter of 2023/24 (January to March 2024). Our work has included empowering communities to access services online, co-producing advice leaflets to improve people’s knowledge of primary care services, sharing Surrey residents’ experiences of dementia services on a national stage and working in partnership to make services more inclusive through the Accessible Information Standard.

Second Vaccinations – What do people want to know before their second Covid vaccination?
Between 18th February and 14th March we ran a short survey, hosted on SurveyMonkey and publicised through our social media platforms. 71 people responded with 100% questionnaire completion rate. This report explains the outcome of this survey.
