Quarterly impact report – April to June 2024
This report highlights our major impacts throughout our first quarter of 2024/25 (April to June 2024). The report looks at how our information and signposting service helped local residents, how we delivered on our 4 thematic priorities (primary care, mental health, social care and the involvement of people), how we made a difference at a system level and ways in which we involved local people in health and social care between April and June 2024.
The value of listening – Our annual report 2023 – 2024
Through 2023 – 2024, 1632 Surrey residents shared their experiences about health and social care with us and 824 Surrey residents sought advice and support from our Helpdesk and Independent Health Complaints Advocacy (IHCA) service.
Our 2023 – 2024 annual report ‘The value of listening’ highlights our impact throughout the year supported by our volunteers, and how we have worked with others to make a difference.

Our work plan details our planned activites and outcomes for each of our key priority areas and our thematic priorities throughout 2024 – 2025.
Quarterly impact report – Quarter 4 (January to March 2024)
This report highlights our major impacts throughout our fourth quarter of 2023/24 (January to March 2024). Our work has included empowering communities to access services online, co-producing advice leaflets to improve people’s knowledge of primary care services, sharing Surrey residents’ experiences of dementia services on a national stage and working in partnership to make services more inclusive through the Accessible Information Standard.

Priorities and Work Plan 2023 – 2026
We have listened carefully across our community engagement, Helpdesk, advocacy, volunteers and Surrey residents to identify and shape our priority areas for the next year.
At the core of all our work, our priorities will be:

These will form the foundation to enable us to focus our work specifically on the following key areas:
