How do we influence change and improvements?

We keep a record of all the feedback and suggestions we get (from meetings and events, people contacting their local Citizens Advice and through our website, helpline, email, social media). The information we receive is channeled back into the health and social care system through conversations and meetings, through our published reports, and also helps to guide our ongoing projects.

Our aim

Our aim is to use the valuable feedback that we hear from the public to increase awareness of the issues that have been highlighted, emphasize the importance of involving service users in decision making, and ultimately improve health and social care for the people of Surrey.
