People needed to take part in hospital discharge research

The KSS research team are undertaking some research into people being discharged from hospital.
They would like to speak to people (or those supporting them) who have recently been discharged from Epsom or St Helier hospitals and who needed paid carers as part of their discharge plan.
You would need to be able to take part in a 45 min phone or zoom interview.
