Our Healthwatch Surrey and Giving Carers a Voice services champion the voice of local carers to share, improve and get the best from NHS health and social care services.
As well as going out to speak to people, we are also running a survey so that we can hear the experiences of as many people as possible.

Have you recently been to hospital?
Whether you went for an appointment or a longer stay, we would love to hear about your recent hospital experience.
