What we're hearing about The Molebridge Practice - November 2025

Due to changes in contractual arrangements early in 2025, Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Board (ICB) commissioned Healthwatch Surrey to engage local residents and provide Information and signposting realting to the change. We did this in March 2025, and have returned in October 2025 to two venues to ask patients of the practice if they have noticed any changes. This report provides our findings.

We gathered 26 experiences from in person engagements, website and Helpdesk experiences and 2 Facebook posts. 

Our report utilises these experiences to look back on the recommendations made in March 2025 and ascertain if these have been met or if further action is required.

This report has been shared with the ICB who commissioned the work, The Molebridge Practice, the PPG (Patient Participation Group) and the community groups who assisted us.
