A video summary of our findings and hospital responses to our Involvement of people – feedback in hospitals reports.
Through July – December 2023, we spoke to 99 people in 6 Surrey Hospitals. We wanted to understand how effectively each hospital was listening and acting on patient feedback; to improve patients understanding and awareness of how to share feedback; to understand barriers and enablers to patients giving feedback, and to provide the hospitals with suggestions about what can be improved.
Each NHS Hospital trust received a personalised report with recommendations.
