Through 2024 – 2025, 2187 Surrey residents shared their experiences about health and social care with us and 424 people came to our Helpdesk for advice and information on topics such as complaints procedures, social care funding, accessing GP practices and mental health support.

- Strengthening the voice of local people by working with VCSE partners and enhancing wider collaboration
- Significant changes to the assessment criteria used by the Surrey Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment Steering group
- Surrey County Council’s communications strategy regarding the journey of people who self fund care homes.
