Our Luminus organisation would like to hear from family members, friends or neighbours providing support to someone who has used HomeFirst, which provides hospital at home services in the Surrey Downs area (Mole Valley, Epsom and Ewell, East Elmbridge, Banstead).

We are interested to know if carers have felt supported during this time.

What is HomeFirst?

HomeFirst is a service that cares for people within their homes and communities or supports them when being discharged from hospital. It includes the Virtual Ward, Urgent Community Response, Recovery at Home team and planning of care to leave hospital.

Ways to share your experience:

  • Contact Luminus to arrange to talk to our team about your experience. There is an involvement voucher offered to anyone who meets the criteria for an interview.
  • Complete our online survey. Two people who complete the survey by midnight on 22 March 2026 will be selected at random to receive a Love2shop voucher.
