Lived experience questionnaire for people who have had a new knee or hip replacement- closes 8th February

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) is looking for people who have had a hip and/or knee replacement to let them know their views via a survey.
On a dark blue image there are various icons arranged in 2 rows - on the top row an online survey, hands raised in the air and speech bubbles; on the bottom row a happy face, a neutral face and a sad face. To the top left corner and bottom right corner are the Healthwatch Surrey speech marks.

The focus of the survey is using (or potentially using) online platforms to support rehabilitation, before and after hip and/or knee replacement. The results will inform the NICE committee, of the patient experience and viewpoint, when making recommendations on Digital platforms to support rehabilitation before and after primary elective hip or knee replacement surgery.
