Surrey County Council's 2026/27 Budget Consultation

An opportunity for Surrey residents to have their say on Surrey County Council's 2026/27 Budget.
On a dark blue image there are various icons arranged in 2 rows - on the top row an online survey, hands raised in the air and speech bubbles; on the bottom row a happy face, a neutral face and a sad face. To the top left corner and bottom right corner are the Healthwatch Surrey speech marks.

Every year, Surrey County Council has to provide a plan for how to spend its money, called a budget. They use this money to run important services across Surrey and to focus on their main goals. These include helping people to live independently and well in their communities, supporting children and families, protecting Surrey’s residents and businesses, and taking care of Surrey’s environment and highways.

While the overall budget will be set by the council at their meeting in February 2026, they would like to hear your thoughts on how these changes might affect you. Your feedback can help them to improve how they deliver services in the future.
