Home based healthcare – survey, closes 31 August
An opportunity to share your thoughts on home based healthcare and the needs of those who are housebound.

We are interested to hear your experiences of NHS services provided in your own home if you are unable to leave the house to get to these services (medically referred to as people who are housebound).
We want to learn:
- How people experience registering as housebound with their GP
- How people who are housebound experience getting the care they need
- What barriers to getting care do people who are housebound experience
We welcome all feedback from people who would like to share their experiences with us.
