Ethnic Minorities and Mental Health Services Survey

An opportunity for members of ethnic minority communities to share their views on mental health services.
On a dark blue image there are various icons arranged in 2 rows - on the top row an online survey, hands raised in the air and speech bubbles; on the bottom row a happy face, a neutral face and a sad face. To the top left corner and bottom right corner are the Healthwatch Surrey speech marks.

Surrey Minority Ethnic Forum (SMEF) have launched a survey to understand the needs of ethnic minority communities in mental health services. They would like to hear from you whether you’ve used these services before or not.  This is completely anonymous and confidential, and will take less than 5 minutes of your time.
