Response from Glenlyn Medical Centre

We are pleased to receive a detailed response to our report and recommendations about Glenlyn Medical Centre. They told us “We are committed to improving transparency, accessibility, and patient-centred care. Your feedback continues to inform every aspect of our service development.”

We first visited Glenlyn in February 2024 and again in November 2024 to understand more about patient’s experiences of the practice.

Glenlyn have told us how they are acting to make improvements to patient’s experiences based on the 7 themes we heard about from patients:

  • Ease of appointment booking
  • Appointment booking methods
  • Phone lines
  • Accessibility of sites
  • Patient relationship with the multi-disciplinary team
  • Access to medical records
  • Communication requirements.
