Future care needs survey

Surrey County Council are planning a future communications campaign to ensure people who are thinking about their future care needs have the right information. Before Surrey County Council put this information together, they want to know what people currently consider when they are planning future care and where they might go for information. This will help them provide the right information, in the right places!

As part of this, we are asking people to complete a survey about their thoughts and experiences.
