When we hear from local people, they often praise the clinical care they receive, but we hear from many where issues with administrative processes can have a very real impact on their emotional and physical health. Poor communication and disjointed services often add to the problem.

“Everything is such a fight. I feel [one part of the] system doesn’t know what the other is doing.”

It’s something we’ve reported on a lot most recently in our September 2025 Insight bulletin
