Online access to GP services

We will  be asking people about their experiences of online access to GP services.

Can't make this event?

We would still love to hear your experience of online access to GP services (using your GP practice website, the NHS App or other online services), if you manage your health care needs with your GP practice using online technology and your views on the use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) within general practice. 

You can complete an online survey or please get in touch with our Helpdesk if you need a paper copy, or would prefer to share your experience in your own words.

The survey will close on 1 July 2026.

5 people who complete the survey before 1 July will be selected at random to receive a £10 "One4all" gift card.
