Weight Management Support Engagement

We would love to hear your feedback about any support you are currently receiving or have received to help you manage your weight, or any support you'd like to receive.  This includes medication, support groups or programmes or general help and advice, obtained independently or from your GP or pharmacist.  

Healthwatch Surrey champions the voice of local people to shape, improve and get the best from NHS, health and social care services. We are independent and have statutory powers to make sure decision makers listen to the experiences of local people.

Responses to this survey are anonymous. The closing date for the survey is 31 March 2026. 

10 people who complete the survey before 31 March will be selected at random to receive a £5 "All for One" voucher. Those selected will be notified within 1 month of the close of the survey.
