Patient Access to Healthcare records – survey closes 23 April

12th April 2024

The South East Clinical Senate is currently undertaking a project looking at patient access to healthcare records looking at the current evidence and the status of the patient access across the southeast. They are asking the following questions.

  • What is achievable now and what could be achievable in the future?
  • What are the obstacles, risks and benefits?
  • How do we ensure we meet the needs of inclusion health groups? and, critically
  • What do patients want?

In the ‘How do we ensure we meet the needs of inclusion health groups?’ and ‘What do patients want?’ sections of the report we wish to represent patient views across the southeast and are engaging with a number of groups to facilitate this. There is a questionnaire for people to complete by 23 April:
