November is #100PeerLeaders Month

November sees the start of an exciting campaign called #100PeerLeaders.

The campaign welcomes anyone to join who has lived experience of living with a long-term condition or to those in a caring capacity. The campaign kicks off with a series of events that will be held on Microsoft Teams and with a focus on;

• Are you interested in learning more about personalised care?  (Tuesday 1^st November 1pm-2.30pm)

• Are you interested in learning more about Peer Support for personalised care?  (Wednesday 2^nd November 1pm-2.30pm)

• Are you interested in shaping and influencing health & care services? (Thursday 3^rd November 1pm-2.30pm)
