Health and Wellbeing Workshop

NHS Surrey and Sussex Cancer Alliance in collaboration with Macmillan Cancer Support are holding a Health and Wellbeing Workshop on Thursday 5th December, 1:30pm-4pm at Clandon Suite 2, Holiday Inn, Egerton Rd, Guildford GU2 7XZ

The personalised Care and Support programme aims to improve care and support for people living with a diagnosis of cancer. They would like to learn from your experiences to ensure they are providing the right level of information at the right time. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with, and influence, the development of cancer services in your area.

The workshop is for anyone who has been affected by cancer, health or social care professionals working across Surrey and Sussex in Primary, Community and Acute Care supporting/treating patients with cancer, and anyone working in the charity sector.

Attendance to this event is free, refreshments will be provided and there is also free parking and disabled access.
