Desk based research – Andrew shares his experience

Andrew tells us about the different sort of desk based research he has conducted for Healthwatch Surrey:

“Volunteering with Healthwatch has been very rewarding. My broad background in health and social care has allowed me to contribute to public engagement, evaluate standards in hospitals and research for the helpdesk providing patients with information on treatment and rights to treatment.

There are various opportunities available to suit the skills and abilities of different people. Everyone can contribute to the work of Healthwatch and improve health and social care in Surrey.”
