Have your say – take part in our online surveys

So we can hear from as many people as possible, as well as going out to the local community to listen to people’s experiences, we also currently have 4 online surveys running until the end of June. These are:

• Barriers to access and experience of sight (eye) tests for school-aged children
• The emotional impact of financial insecurity on those with mental health and other long term conditions
• Sexual health services survey for under 25s
• Your feedback about feedback – do you know how to give feedback about NHS and social care services.
